Lost and found services are available during the event. There are two locations, both working on a shared inventory system. If you lose an item, please visit either location during the operating hours below:

After the festival is over, all phones, wallets, IDs, passports, credit cards, prescription glasses and tech items (such as cameras) will be held at an off-site location.

Pre-Register Your Items
Register your phone with us to receive a custom wallpaper. Change your lock screen to the wallpaper provided. If your phone is lost and is turned in to lost & found, we can scan your unique wallpaper to pull up your registration information and let you know that it has been found!
Tag-Your-Kid
The Tag-Your-Kid program is a way for festival staff to assist in the event that a child is separated from their parent(s) or guardian(s). Those attending with children are encouraged to complete the form below. Upon arrival at the festival, stop by the Pit Stop tent to collect Tag-Your-Kid wristbands. Each wristband has a unique serial number that is tied to parent or guardian's contact information in the event they are separated.
