Parking & Rideshare
Arrival & Departure Tips
-
We expect downtown Long Beach traffic to peak daily just before doors and at the end of the event. Please leave extra time ahead of your ideal arrival to avoid extended waits. Some parking lots will be open as early as 8 AM if you plan to arrive early, so you can take care of parking and get into the festival without missing a set!
-
Please carpool or rideshare if possible, especially if a solo traveler. It’s not only good for the environment, but it will minimize the number of vehicles heading into the city and help get you parked and into the festival faster!
-
Please be mindful of the road as both a driver, passenger, or pedestrian walking to help minimize unnecessary traffic delays, and for the safety of yourself and others.
-
Be sure to remember where you park your car! Pin your location and take pics of nearby landmarks and the lot signage.
-
Don’t leave valuables in your car. Leave them at home, or carry them with you.
-
Not in a rush, and have some time to wait? Local food and beverage locations will be open in downtown Long Beach. Wind down your night at one of the many options, and wait for peak traffic to calm down over a late-night bite or beverage.

*Insomniac Holdings, LLC and its affiliates, together with their respective employees, officers, owners, shareholders, members, directors, representatives and agents (collectively, “Insomniac”) are NOT RESPONSIBLE for and assume no liability arising from fire, theft, damage to or loss of any vehicle or any articles left therein. Pick-Up, Drop-Off, Rideshare, & Taxi
All pick-ups and drop-offs will be encouraged in various locations throughout downtown Long Beach. These locations will be available during all event hours, and for a few hours before/after the show ends. Use your preferred Rideshare App for additional instructions on designated Pick-Up & Drop-Off locations. At peak times, we encourage you to walk just a little further from the venue for areas of less vehicle congestion and easier pick up.
Please be mindful of unofficial pick-up and drop-off loading areas, particularly on main roads with limited pedestrian paths and sidewalks. Always look both ways before exiting or entering a vehicle, and avoid unnecessary congestion in crowded roadways, sidewalks, and loading areas until your vehicle and full group have arrived.
During peak hours, you may experience longer waits and higher prices, so please plan accordingly.
Metro
Metro is a great option for those commuting from other parts of LA, or looking to park & ride from outside of the immediate Long Beach area. Use the below travel tips from our friends at METRO for additional information:
-
Take the Metro A Line towards Long Beach and exit at 1st Street Station. The entrance is a 12-minute walk from the station.
-
The Metro Trip Planner can help you plan your trip to/from the show.
-
Metro has many Park & Ride lots servicing the county – parking lots offer free parking or just $3.00 per day, varies by location, and is payable onsite.
Bikes & E-Scooters
E-bikes and scooters will have designated pick-up and drop-off areas. Please park scooters on grass areas only, and do not leave any scooters in any active roadways or walkways. A map will be posted prior to the event, so check back soon!
